One clearer placefor the care work families already do

Family-centeredPrivacy-consciousBuilt for shared care

Our mission

Make the invisible work of caregiving easier to see, share, and manage.

01

The work is real—even when no one sees it.

Caregiving is more than showing up for appointments. It is tracking details, following up, remembering what changed, coordinating with family, and carrying the mental load between every conversation.

Scattered information

Important details live across calendars, notebooks, texts, portals, folders, and memory.

Shared responsibility, unclear ownership

Families want to help, but often cannot see what has happened or what needs attention next.

Constant context switching

Caregivers repeatedly rebuild the full picture while juggling everyday life.

Who it helps

Built for the people holding everything together.

Giver’s Atlas is for anyone trying to make care feel more coordinated, less fragmented, and easier to share.

01

Family caregivers

For the person keeping appointments, notes, routines, documents, and follow-ups moving.

02

People coordinating their own care

For anyone who needs a clearer home for the practical details around care.

03

Families working across distance

For relatives sharing responsibility from different homes, schedules, or cities.

Inside Giver’s Atlas

About Giver’s Atlas

Created from lived experience with the work between appointments.

Giver’s Atlas began with a caregiver trying to keep a family’s care organized across providers, referrals, appointments, routines, paperwork, and everyday life.

Our purpose is simple: provide a calmer, more useful home for the coordination work families are already doing—so they can spend less energy piecing information together and more energy being present with the people they love.

Built with families, not just for them.

A note about privacy

The public website is the introduction—not the care space.

Giver’s Atlas is built to help families organize the details of care. This public website introduces the product, shows fictional examples, and shares opportunities to participate when access opens.

The waitlist and Microsoft pilot application are separate from the private care space. Please do not include medical records or personal health details in either form or in contact emails. Giver’s Atlas does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
